The medians span $2.10, from $1.39 for Cheesy Roll Up to $3.49 for Chili Cheese Burrito. Seven of the eleven priced lines were listed in every state read; the others were missing from one or more states’ menus on the read date, and each page names where it was found. By the nutrition records, Cheesy Roll Up is the lightest at 170 calories and Cheesy Double Beef Burrito the heaviest at 560. Cheesy Double Beef Burrito carries the most protein, 20 g; per calorie the densest is 3 Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt at 6.2 g per 100.

What Taco Bell announces

Taco Bell’s promotion page says: “The new Luxe Value Menu brings 10 favorites, each $3 or less. At participating locations for a limited time only (if applicable), while supplies last. Contact restaurant for prices, hours and participation, which vary. Taxes extra. Prices higher with delivery.” It names nine items under a heading of ten: Beefy Potato Loaded Griller, Avocado Ranch Chicken Stacker, Mini Taco Salad, Chips & Nacho Supreme Dip, Cheesy Double Beef Burrito, Spicy Potato Soft Taco, Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito, 3-Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt and Cheesy Roll Up.

On the ordering menus read on 19 September 2026, eleven items carried the Luxe Value Menu tag: Cheesy Roll Up, Spicy Potato Soft Taco, Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, 3 Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt, Chips and Nacho Supreme Dip, Mini Taco Salad, Beefy Potato Loaded Griller, Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, Avocado Ranch Chicken Stacker, Cheesy Double Beef Burrito and Chili Cheese Burrito.

The $3 promise against the reads

Ten of the eleven items were priced above $3.00 at one or more of the restaurants that listed them; the most often over was Chili Cheese Burrito, above the announced price at 56 of 103 restaurants (its high was $4.89). The announcement says participation varies, and the reads show what that means in practice; both figures are printed on each item page, and neither replaces the other.

Where prices differ most

Prices are set per restaurant, and the spread shows it: Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito ran $1.00 to $3.89 across 451 restaurants, a gap of $2.89. The tightest is 3 Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt, $2.29 to $3.69. By state median Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito was cheapest in Louisiana ($1.39) and dearest in Alaska ($2.29); the prices by state page has every state.

Vegetarian and vegan lines

Four are certified vegetarian on the same test: Cheesy Roll Up, Spicy Potato Soft Taco, Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito and Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes. The standard is the guide’s: “Items designated as vegetarian on our menu are lacto-ovo, allowing the consumption of dairy and eggs but does not include any animal byproducts.”

Allergen statements

Every one of the eleven lines carries an allergen statement; the tool marks five free of eggs, one free of wheat and five free of soy. Peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish are a different case, in the guide’s words: “Peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish are not used in regular menu items served in Taco Bell restaurants.” The tool’s own caution stands on every page: “While a particular ingredient may not contain one of these allergens, our products may be prepared on the same equipment and in the same kitchen area as those that do.”

Meals built on these lines

One meal on the board carries a line from this section as a fixed part: Veggie Meal for 2 at $12.50 median. Each meal page sums its parts’ own records and prices the parts bought separately against the meal median.
