Which restaurants run it

Every one of the 452 restaurant pages read on 19 September 2026 carried a Happier Hour window on its own schedule, and every window was the same: 2 PM to 5 PM local time at all 452. That is the closest the reads come to a participation list, and it is a stronger answer than the promotion page’s caveat gives; a restaurant page is the restaurant’s own statement. The window is local time, so 2 PM in Phoenix is 2 PM in Phoenix.

The fountain lines against the $1

The ordering menu prices a fountain line by its smallest size; the medium size is priced on each restaurant’s product page, read at five restaurants, which is the column the $1 cuts. The Pepsi flavors are sold as one fountain drink line with a flavor choice, so the nutrition menu’s eighteen fountain records per size sit on the fountain drinks page with their sugar and caffeine, and the drink sizes page has every size.

Every Freeze against the $1

A regular Freeze is the 16 ounce record, and the promotion names any regular Freeze, the Baja Blast included. At the medians read the cut is $2.99 on the cheapest Freeze and $3.39 on the dearest.

The Refrescas at $2

The help center names them at $2 in the window; the drink sizes page carries the sizes, and the three Refrescas are the only records on the menu that print a caffeine figure above zero, 61.5 mg each at the record size.
