Vegetarian and vegan lines

Three are certified vegan by every component tag in the ingredient statement: Cinnamon Twists, Black Beans and Black Beans and Rice. Five are certified vegetarian on the same test: Pintos N Cheese, Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, Large Nacho Fries, Nacho Fries and Caramel Apple Empanada. The standard is the guide’s: “Items designated as vegetarian on our menu are lacto-ovo, allowing the consumption of dairy and eggs but does not include any animal byproducts.”

Allergen statements

Eight of the eleven lines carry an allergen statement; the tool marks three free of milk, eight free of eggs, three free of wheat, three free of gluten and eight free of soy. Peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish are a different case, in the guide’s words: “Peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish are not used in regular menu items served in Taco Bell restaurants.” Free of milk by the tool: Cinnamon Twists, Black Beans and Black Beans and Rice. Three lines carry no statement (Jalapeño Peppers, Fritos Flamin’ Hot and Chili) and sit out of every allergen filter on this site rather than being assumed clean. The tool’s own caution stands on every page: “While a particular ingredient may not contain one of these allergens, our products may be prepared on the same equipment and in the same kitchen area as those that do.”

Meals built on these lines

Two meals on the board carry a line from this section as a fixed part: Classic Luxe Box at $5.00 median and Supreme Luxe Box at $7.00 median. Each meal page sums its parts’ own records and prices the parts bought separately against the meal median.

How this page is read

Every price on this page is a range read from 452 restaurants’ own ordering menus in 50 states and DC on 19 September 2026, printed with the count of restaurants behind it; nutrition figures are Taco Bell’s own published records. The ticket above prints both calorie figures where the ordering menu and the nutrition record differ, and a state chosen in the controls prints that state’s median beside the national range. The how we check page explains the reads in full.
