What Taco Bell says it is

Taco Bell’s own description on the ordering menu: “A premium roast iced coffee made with dark roasted Arabica beans mixed with sweet crème. Topped with whipped cream. Contains 117mg of caffeine in Small, 156mg in Medium.” That description states caffeine at 117 mg at Small and 156 mg at Medium; the nutrition record carries no caffeine figure for it, so the description is the only figure the brand publishes.

The two calorie figures

The ordering menu prints a calorie figure of zero for Vanilla Crema Iced Coffee. That zero is not a figure: the size is chosen on the product page, so the category listing has nothing to count until it is. The nutrition menu carries three records for it, Iced, 16 oz at 240 calories, Hot at 110 calories and Iced, 20 oz at 250 calories.

This page treats the zero as what it is and prints the record for the first size instead; every ranking on the site does the same.

Where it was listed

On 19 September 2026, Vanilla Crema Iced Coffee was listed at one of the 452 restaurants read, in one state, Texas. That makes it a Live Más Café item, sold at café restaurants. The one restaurant that listed it is in Houston, Texas. States with no listing on the read date are missing from the by-state table above; the table names the one that had one.

What the price buys

The one reading, $3.99, is a single restaurant’s price in Houston, Texas and is printed as that, not as a range: nothing on this site stands on one restaurant without saying so. 6th of 20: that is where Vanilla Crema Iced Coffee sits in Live Más Café, cheapest first. The section median is $4.19, so it is $0.20 below it. At the median price it costs $1.66 per 100 calories and $13.30 per 10 g of protein.

The record against a day

240 calories is 12 percent of a 2,000 calorie day and 5 percent of the 2,300 mg sodium limit the FDA uses for the daily value. Saturated fat is 7 g, 35 percent of the 20 g daily value. Protein runs 3 g, 1.2 g per 100 calories. Sugars are 25 g, of which 21 g are added. The record carries no caffeine figure; the ordering menu’s description states 117 mg at Small and 156 mg at Medium.

The Live Más Café median for sodium is 150 mg; this one is 110.

The daily values are the guide’s own yardstick: “The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend limiting saturated fat to 20 grams and sodium to 2,300 milligrams for a typical adult eating 2,000 calories daily.”

Allergens and certification

Taco Bell’s allergen tool marks Vanilla Crema Iced Coffee free of eggs, fish, gluten, MSG, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts and wheat. The label warns of milk. The tool’s own caution: “While a particular ingredient may not contain one of these allergens, our products may be prepared on the same equipment and in the same kitchen area as those that do.” Gluten is the special case: “Taco Bell does not claim “gluten-free” for any ingredients or menu items.” A free mark for gluten here is the tool’s word about ingredients, never a claim by this site.

Coffee stops it being vegetarian as served: Coffee carries no vegetarian tag in the statement.

Ways to change it

Three add-ons are offered; the heaviest are Caramel Drizzle at no calories, Chocolate Drizzle at no calories and Strawberry Drizzle at no calories. The removable components and what each carries: Whipped Cream (no calories). Size prices were read at one restaurants for this page: Small $3.79 and Medium $3.99. The line’s own range above stands on 1.

The option calories are the ordering menu’s own figures for the option, printed as it prints them; a swapped build is not a nutrition record, so the panel on this page stays the item as published. Option prices were read at one of the restaurants and are printed with that count, never as a national figure.

Next to it on the board

Against its neighbors in Live Más Café: Cinnabon Caramel Iced Coffee has 50 calories more and the same median price; Dragonfruit Berry Limonada has 20 calories fewer and $0.20 more at the median; Mexican Mocha Iced Coffee has 50 calories more and the same median price.
