Records that publish a caffeine figure
Two surfaces, two kinds of figure
Taco Bell publishes caffeine in two places. The nutrition menu, the surface every calorie and allergen on this site comes from, carries a caffeine figure on three of its records for the lines on this site. The ordering menu, where each product has a page with a description, states a caffeine figure in the description of 14 lines. Three carry a figure on both surfaces, and the two figures disagree on every one of them. This page prints each figure as its surface states it and takes neither as the other.
What the nutrition menu publishes
The records that carry a caffeine figure above zero: Dragonfruit Berry Agua Refresca at 61.5 mg, Mango Peach Agua Refresca at 61.5 mg and Strawberry Passionfruit Agua Refresca at 61.5 mg. Every other record, including every fountain flavor and every Freeze, carries no caffeine figure at all, and the nutrition table on those item pages leaves the row blank.
What the ordering menu states
The highest stated figure on the menus read is 236 mg, Cinnabon Caramel Latte Chiller; the lowest 51 mg, Dragonfruit Berry Agua Refresca. A stated figure is the description’s own sentence, quoted in the table and again on the item page under what the brand says it is; the product page it comes from is linked there.
Where the two surfaces disagree
Dragonfruit Berry Agua Refresca carries 61.5 mg on the nutrition record and states 51 mg in its description, Mango Peach Agua Refresca carries 61.5 mg on the nutrition record and states 51 mg in its description and Strawberry Passionfruit Agua Refresca carries 61.5 mg on the nutrition record and states 51 mg in its description. Both figures are Taco Bell’s; the site prints both and does not choose. A reader who needs one figure has the product page and the nutrition record linked from the item page.
What is not published
A Baja Blast, a Pepsi or a Mountain Dew from the fountain has no caffeine figure on either surface: the fountain records carry no caffeine figure, and the fountain product descriptions state none. The bottler publishes figures for its own bottles and cans, but the fountain pour is not the bottle and this site does not borrow the number. The coffee lines
The café coffees and cold brews are where a figure matters most. The nutrition records carry a caffeine figure for three of the café lines (Strawberry Passionfruit Agua Refresca, Mango Peach Agua Refresca and Dragonfruit Berry Agua Refresca). The ordering menu’s descriptions state a figure for eleven of them:
