Not published
Taco Bell’s nutrition menu carries no caffeine figure for Mtn Dew Baja Blast at any size, nor for any fountain flavor or Freeze. The three records on the whole menu that publish caffeine are Strawberry Passionfruit Agua Refresca, Mango Peach Agua Refresca and Dragonfruit Berry Agua Refresca, at 61.5 mg each. The ordering menu is the brand’s other surface: 14 product descriptions state a caffeine figure, none of them a fountain flavor, and the caffeine page prints every one beside the record it sits with.
Why this site prints nothing
The bottled product is sold by a bottler that publishes its own figures; the fountain pour at a restaurant is a different product with a different published record, and that record carries no caffeine figure. Borrowing the bottle’s number would be printing a figure the source does not carry, and this site does not. The FDA’s general guidance on caffeine is linked below for the limits.
What the record does carry
16 fl oz: 220 calories, 59 g of sugars, 65 mg of sodium, 20 fl oz: 280 calories, 74 g of sugars, 80 mg of sodium and 30 fl oz: 420 calories, 111 g of sugars, 120 mg of sodium. The sodium carries the guide’s note: “Depending on the sodium content of the water where the beverage is dispensed, the actual sodium content may be higher or lower than the listed values.”
The zero sugar line
Mtn Dew Baja Blast Zero Sugar carries 5 calories at 16 fluid ounces and, like the plain line, no caffeine figure.
