The brand’s payment list
“You can pay for your order with: Debit or credit cards; Taco Bell Gift Cards/eGift Cards; Digital wallets; Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT). EBT only accepted as in-restaurant payment at participating California locations.”
Taco Bell names digital wallets as a category and does not name Apple Pay, Google Pay or any wallet by brand on the page read. A digital wallet is a card presented through a phone, so the line covers it without saying so; this site quotes the line and adds nothing to it.
